Welcome to St. Andrew's!
St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, located in downtown Edwardsville, Illinois, is a mid-sized family church offering Adult Education and a Church School program in addition to community outreach opportunities. We faithfully serve Christ and proclaim the Gospel in the Anglican/Episcopal tradition. We are a diverse parish and welcome worshippers of all traditions to our Sunday services. (More about us...)

July 14, 2018
  • St. Andrew's Rector Search Committee is pleased to announce that we are actively seeking candidates for a new rector. Our Parish Profile is posted here and the Ministry Portfolio is included in the Office of Transition Ministry (OTM) database for national clergy exposure. Additional information on the Edwardsville community can be found here.
  • By early fall, our website will have a new look. We are excited to be introducing up to date technology to tell our parish story and are eager to share more about our worship and parish life.
  • On an interim basis through August 31, Fr. Arnold Hoffman or Fr. George Pence will celebrate Holy Eucharist on Sundays at 9 am. Fr. Hoffman will also celebrate Holy Eucharist on Wednesdays at 8 am.
  • St. Andrew's summer service schedule began in May this year. There will be one Sunday service at 9 am only from May through August. Childcare will be available, beginning at 8:45 am.
  • St. Andrew's used book sales, well known in the Metro East, now occur four times a year. The next book sale is August 3-4. Friday hours are 5 to 8 pm and Saturday hours, 9 am to 3 pm. Book donations are accepted year-round. Call 618/656-1294 for book donation.

Schedule
Sunday Worship
Holy Eucharist is celebrated at 8 and 10 am, September through April. It is celebrated 9 am only, May through August.

Church School for children is 10 am, September through April.

Childcare is available at no charge, beginning at 9:45 am September through April and 8:45 am, May through August.

Parish ministry groups meet periodically. See the calendar for details.

Week Day Worship 
10 am every Tuesday: Julian of Norwich Prayer Group.

8 am every Wednesday: Holy Eucharist Rite II.

Choir Practice  
Sunday mornings during May. No choir practice June- August.
